The hypnotizing elements of some of these materials (speaking of the wider swath of all such materials, not any in particular) seems a bit of a distraction...meaning I tend to skip over those parts as not very useful.
What does seem of value is outright, simple suggestion.
Personally, I tend to take such files and reedit them to my liking (I can't sit still for being passive onsumer of other's content, but rework most to my own liking - that even applies to p0rn)...only listening to the gems among the drivel.
Simple suggestion (not hypnosis, not subliminal) that is in line with what you're already open to (or aspiring to) seems to be of the most value and use.
A simple guide is to "fan the flame" of existing desire, rather than try to embrace something that one responds to as jarring.
