How long would it take for a male to start to produce milk for lactation  .

Before it is possible, you would have to have as much glandular growth as popular.  There is a lot of difference between breast fat and gland.  Also, the glands have to mature and ready to produce.  Time wise.....  Varies, I would suppose.
