I saw an non-porn interview with Bailey Jay awhile back where she claims most of her look is targeted liposuction.

I find this both interesting and scary. Liposuction in the belly area, with my gains from the PM, would pretty much give me the hourglass figure most of us want. The drawback is that, if I completely stop caring about my diet again, those belly fat cells are permanently gone, and fat will distribute to areas where neither men nor women normally have much fat.

I saw a woman in a grocery store once, who obviously did this. She had the most perfect torso and thighs...and ridiculously large forearms and shins, and a cart full of cakes and pastries, so it's pretty obvious what was going on...

What the... This happens?
I never knew, I always thought fat redistribution had no side effects other than YMMV and some ppl have all the grafted cells die anyway.

What's stopping that lady from liposuctioning those fat forelimbs and becoming perfect?

Edit: I thought you were talking about fat grafting. But if such a thing happens, fat grafting + lipo would equal holy grail wouldn't it?

The way I understand it, the adult body naturally never gains or loses fat cells. Gains and losses of fat by dieting and/or exercise are just the amount of fat those cells absorb. Even if you go full on cut like a bodybuilder or anorexic, the cells are still there. Liposuction actually removes the cells. How much the fat cells relatively pick up extra fat is subject to genetics and hormones. If the forelimbs are most of what is left, they will pick up the fat.

What's actually dangerous is that there are fat cells around the inner torso, and can't be hit by liposuction, if those are unusually enlarged they can cause serious health problems. In short, if that lady did have liposuction on her forearms and shins, and kept eating like she did, she'd probably die.
