As I comply with your requirements I'll suggest that spiro is superfluous, modern thinking is that Estradiol will suppress T without need for spiro. While I know we all respond differently, my own progress solely taking estradiol would seem to confirm this. 
The supposed need for spiro dates back to times when much weaker forms of estrogen were all that was available.

How long has it been since you've been off spiro?

I never started, started off on estradiol and have had pleasing results without any side effects that I have noticed. Not sure if results would have been any different with spironolactone.
