On an HRT forum i am no, there is a strong camp that advocates not using spiro after the first 6 months as it serves no purpose because the estrogen dominance keeps the T levels in check and the bad effects spiro has on other bodily systems. They did site some research but for the life of me i could not find those posts to share. This is the same forum the poo poos NBE so take it for what it is worth.
If i were you, I would drop the Spiro for a month and see how you feel and what your T levels are and take it from there.
I wouldn't just drop spyro, your body will likely go into shock. You need to lower the dose slowly , say drop 50mg every few weeks or so.
