How did you find them, anyway? I sort of measure the effect of PM by how quickly it gives me testicular pains but with these caps I didn't notice any pain or change in libido across a whole week

I never got any testicular pain, so can't comment on that, sorry, but I did get vicious headaches on Ainterol at 6 x 500mg per day. 4 a day seemed to be my optimum dose.
I used Ainterol for about 2.5 years but my measurable growth, plus itching, tingling and other growth pains, had stopped after about 18 months of that. I then changed to Pueraria UK for about another 2.5 years because it was quicker and easier to get, and got no more actual growth, although there was still slow shape change but no volume loss. I stopped taking everything about 15 months ago, since when I've lost a full cup size. So to me that shows that PM-UK was effective in maintenance mode but can't say about its effectiveness for growth from a standing start. I took between 1 and 3x500mg per day, with occasional 1 or 2 week breaks, for the last 3 years, once i was sure growth had stopped.
