Goals
more hair on my head and less hair on my body, small breasts, bugger bum.
My starting point,
I take finasteride 1mg daily and when I renew my prescription from Oxford pharmacy online, I hope to switch to dutasteride 0.5mg daily.
Minoxidil solution daily after showering
these have helped my thinning hair, but not as much as I'd hopped, and it would be good to reverse the receding hair line.
I've been pumping and banding my nipples on and off for years, with some development.
Going forwards

What's banding nipples?
My plan is not interesting, it's just a 12 month BO plan with added vitamins and mineral supplements.

Hi I think the only thing missing from my plan is a pro aromatase, I can't find any white peony on eBay or locally.

today we begin, starting size a dizmal 42A, the rishi hasnt arrived yet.
Morning 6am
1 pump of WY cream
850mg GTE cap opened in to 0.5L of water with some lemon juice.
1mg finesteride
about 10am when I eat
1 600mg PM cap
1 500mg RM cap (when it gets here)
4pm

How dose that look, am i missing somthing?

Last night after a shower, I rubbed the WY cream on an thought of the reports of breast tissue thickening after the first use, I was sceptical but I can't say it hasn't happened, it's slight but my chest feels different. I'm amazed.

WY is wild yam? So the wild yam cream should give your body progesterone?

Yes, WY is wild yam progesterone cream. I've read you have to cycle around application sites so your body doesn't get accustomed to it and slow up take, also it makes sense to me that it's not all going to get absorbed in 12hrs, so moving to a different place means more surface area getting the good stuff.

10 days in, no real noticeable change, no itchy nips.
I've ordered some WP tincture it should arrive today.
I've been rotating the PC around my problem hair areas, this seems to have slowed or soften the growth.
Electric breast pumps are so much better than manual ones.
My thoughts are worth exactly what you paid for them.

Using PM with BO, could be blocking any progress that you might hope to have.
Also, I don't think you need an AA with BO but it probably does not hurt anything.
Ask your doctor if upping your dose of Finasteride to 5mg would help your hair growth.
You can use progesterone cream along with BO.
You can boost BO by adding a Pituitary Glandular kicker, or so I've heard.
