Hello. I have been wanting breast for a few yrs now. I am taking Fengreek 4 pills a day 2 in morning and 2 in evening (610 mg), Black Cohosh 1 pill a day (40 mg). I just bought L-Arginine 500mg and wanted L-Lysine did no have in. I am taking Vitamin C, Magnesium for my bowels and a probiotics  and will soon a multi vitamin. Seen L-Arginine will help with hair and scars just had surgery. I also want to use my penis for sex. So what else need to use and how much and how much should take for L-ARGINIE

Looked up L-Arginine and not good for herpes and cold sores in mouth and L-Lysine will help
