Hi everyone. I've decided to tweak my program just a little bit for 2024.

Days 1-21:

Noogle for 5 minutes, hold.

Take:
1500mg White Peony
1000mg PM
500mg GTE, 50% EGCG
1000mg Vitamin C
500mg Calcium Citrate
5000IU Vitamin D
1000mg Ginseng

*Bedtime*
Noogle for 5 minutes, hold.

Take:
1500mg RR
1000mg PM
500mg GTE, 50% EGCG
1000mg Vitamin C
500mg Calcium Citrate

Last 7 days of month:
*Wake Up*

(no pills)

*Bedtime*
Noogle for 5 minutes, hold.
1 pump PC on smaller breast (days 1-3)
Swiss Botany FG Extract Breast Enhancement Cream on smaller breast (days 4-7)

The only changes from this year are doing a 5-minute pump and hold session and adding creams at the end of the month, coinciding with not taking PM.

Today I tried the 5-minute pump session on my smaller breast, and it seemed like the PM was working its magic for a while.
