NEW GIRL IN THE HOOD

#1

I am a 59 yr old male, who is looking to fully transition eventually. A couple of years ago I started taking FG and SP. Idid not take it long enough to see a difference. I also tried PM from Ainterol (1000mg a day and the breast cream) on 4 different occasions. I feel as if I got some results or just have some gynocastia.

Not being very educated on this as of yet.....I am counting on some of you wonderful and knowledgeable ladies to point me in the right direction.

1. What seems to be the best combination of herbs for breast growth? Regimen and doses? Time frame expectations?
2. Can you utilize PM and FG together or are they in competition with one another?
3. Are there any of these herbals that will promote breast growth without unnecessary weight gain? (want to grow breasts and feminize, not look like a chubby Charlie (no offense intended to any Charlie's out there)

I look forward to your responses to my questions and any other nuggets of wisdom.

Luv to all

Billie

I'm not in the habit of giving advice anymore, but if your intentions are to fully transition at age 59, (I'm 61 btw), then it's probably better that you start HRT because HRT is vastly more effective than Herbal NBE.

One thing to realize is as we age, our natural supply of Growth Hormone steadily decreases. One of the best ways to increase GH is through regular exercise, and High Intensity Interval Training combined with a Low Carb Diet & Intermittent Fasting is your best bet. These two options should be a mandatory part of a NBE/HRT Program.

Phyto/Estrogens will make you a Chubby Charlie, and the above mentioned exercise program will help alleviate this. It is also said here not to combine estrogens. PM is more better than FG, so stick with PM.

Read & Study the Breast Growing Notes, Anti-Androgens & Project-X Threads on this site by Lotus. The science of growing breasts is contained there within.

I started NBE eight years ago and I used to be deathly afraid of obvious facial changes from HRT. After 4.5 years of gobbling a ton of herbs and God knows how much that cost me, I attained a small B-Cup. I then switched to HRT with a keen eye for any facial changes, (that have yet to materialize), and my breasts have grown considerably ever since.

It's been said before that by (our) age, we've had 45 years for Testosterone to lock in it's effects on our bone structure, so while facial bone structure changes are still possible, they shouldn't be drastically dramatic.

HRT is vastly better for your system than being on herbs for years on end.

Let not my words be the end-all, be-all of advice for you. I'm sure that other comments will be welcomed. As is the case with NBE/HRT, YMMV, so just realize that we're all different.

r/TransDIY is a good place for info on Reddit too, but I'd seriously start with the BN Threads I listed above, first.

Welcome to the Forum, and Best of Luck to You.

Hello BillieA

Welcome.
There are two things to see:
Transition and be the woman you've always been.
Have breasts and remain a man.

I took PM and SP for 3 years and 6 months. I started at the beginning of 2019.
At the beginning of 2022, I sought help from my GP, who said he was incompetent. I sought and found a doctor, after discussion with this new doctor it turned out that I was transgender. This answered a lot of questions.

From what you say, you want to make a complete transition.
I myself have been in transition for 1 year and 5 months.
Transitioning involves changing your life and being feminine for the rest of your life.
Coming out, changing papers, changing gender.
At 59, you are certainly still working.
I am 60 years old this month, and in my circle, the transgender people I know and on this forum, many of us take the step between 50 and 70 years old, either NBE or HRT.

I would advise you to seek treatment from a competent doctor on the subject of transidentity.
Hormones should not be taken lightly. Perhaps you will be able to have the hormones covered by your health system.
Me in France, I don't pay a euro for hormones (Estradiol, Progesterone, Decapeptyl)

If you continue on the PM route I recommend the Ainterol brand.
NBE with PM, will allow you to have breasts but will have a slight influence on the feminization of the rest of the body.
HRT with hormones is much, much more powerful and must be monitored with regular blood tests.
It takes a long time, the hormones work internally.
For young people, puberty happens over several years, breasts, fat transfer, subtle changes, for old people, it's the same (well almost), be patient and the result will be at the end of the road.

Really good reply, Jennifer! Smile Celebrate

There are so many threads on the NBE process and the herbs involved, it makes a person a bit dizzy looking for the info and deciding what herbs to take. If you look for a specific herb, say PM, you have to search the forum and process many pages of info on it.
Not a criticism of anyone, it's a difficult area to learn and research.
It almost becomes a personal research project! (i have begun collating Lotus' notes into my own health repository: https://www.breastnexum.com/showthread.php?tid=31634  and perhaps one day I can come up with a way to share it while keeping my anonymity.)

If you are planning a full transition, I think you should look into what Bovine Ovary (BO) has to offer.
In my mind, it is a step above herbal regimens in a number of ways, and a step closer to HRT.
