Good morning I wanted to ask the pros here lol what their thought in this is. And see if it’s just imagining and paranoia or legit concern.
I’ve been taking PM for months and grew to a b cup and was happy and took a break for a few months. I wanted to kickstart things and decided to try adding a few other things in the mix. I restarted April 5th this year and began taking Swansons BO 2 in the morning, PM 1000mg at lunch and Red Reishi 3000mg at dinner. I felt weird after a few days and figured it was higher than necessary RR and cut that back. Few days later still kind of weird and zoned out feeling and quit things all together to regroup. Thinking maybe I’m taking a dangerous level of things. Stopped everything April 18th.
Two days later was feeling normal. But had slight chest pain. That pain has stayed present and is confidently assumed to be breast pain not chest pain (tissue not heart). I feel my breast have filled in some and feels more fatty than glandular but nonetheless there.
Question:
Is taking this regimen particularly the BO for only shy of two weeks enough to cause permanent “damage” the fairytales and facts of BO seem mixed and Im just curious if I may have messed my hormones up or if things are probably just in my head and what was taken is not enough to cause estrogen dominance. I feel I've created a panic of sorts in me after reading stories of those who took it for a short time realizing it wasn't the supplement for them, and stating changes continued...
I enjoyed my slow steady use of PM and growth and just feel I may have pushed the envelope too far somehow here :/
