Ok, With all of the discussion on erectile disfunction caused by taking PM. I took a look around for something safer? Better? to use than viagra to try and offset the ed effects of the phytoestrogens. I found a old post in the archive that put me onto the track of a few herbs. I was currious if anyone had taken these herbs? Or knew anything about them for ED and NBE. So I thought I would list a little of what I found out about them. If you have had experience with any of these. Or have sugestions please post them. Thanks
Catuaba:catuaba (Erythroxylum catuaba) Should be good for treatment of ED without interfering with NBE.

muirapuama (Ptychopetalum olacoides)
Mixed reviews. In Brazil it is mixed with catuaba in drinks and is considered a aphrodisiac. Other reviews say it is just a tonic and does not have any affect on ED

L-Arginine.
Is a amino acid. Would seem to be good for NBE and ED since it promotes vasodialation (opening of blood vessls and arteries)
Could help promote cell growth, repair of injuries. Bad side is diabetics, people with cardio vascular disease, etc can not take it due to possible side effects. You should (according to one site) be tested before using it.
