Well it appears as though I've been overruled. LOL .

In all seriousness thanks to everyone for the advice. You've been doing this far longer than I have so I appreciate the input. I will cut it back a bit and start off with just 2 caps and see how things respond after a couple of weeks. Then do a reassessment and increase the dosage from there.

I'd prefer not to get "tied up" in something like that Going to try exercising/dieting first.
