Apparently in *mice* whose diet was 5% fat, they gained significantly more breast tissue than those who limited their fat intake.

So girls.... avoid those fat free yogurts!

Personally speaking I like smelly blue cheese.

Also.... the supplement phosphatidylserine apparently tells the mammary fat pad that it has to go all mammogenic so worth looking into as well.
