Hey everyone,

I stopped taking BO about 3 weeks ago since I noticed a decline in mood and energy. Since then I have taken a cleansing break and 2 days ago I started Fenugreek caps. I already had a head start before taking BO and with gyno so I haven't been flat chested in some years. I was wondering since I started taking FG I felt like jumping out of my skin every time my shirt rubs me wrong. This is completely new to me so I don't know if my dose is to high (Natures Way 2 caps X 3/day) or am I not drinking enough water? OR is it just working like normal and this is part of the process?
