Hi.
Well I had the opposite, maca SHORTENED my cycle by about 4 days but I feel like I ovulated as soon as I finished my cycle too. It didn't give me bigger boobs either but did increase my libido. It also gave me bad heart palpitations when I took too much.
Herbs can be scary and NOT at all what we expect them to be too.
What I do now, is a have a maca/cacoa beverage that I drink, the percentage of maca is only 5% of total volume. Its enough to boost my libido still but remains to be seen yet if I get a shortened cycle again which I don't want.
Personally I would likely lower the dosage if I were you and see what happens next cycle. It may be an adjustment period. Hormones don't balance overnight so fingers crossed.
