Is this a good start?

2000 mg of fenugreek/2500 mg of saw palmetto/1500 mg of red clover. Also, i will massage wild yam cream mixed with fenugreek extract on my chest twice daily and drink a few grams of whey protein daily. I might add some L-Tyrosine and PABA to the mix, too.

Yes sounds good, but you're not taking a huge amount. I can't help thinking you could add to that to make your chances better, but if this is just regarded as a starter then I think it's OK.

This whole ramping thing seems dubious to me. Is there really any benefit in this ramping up? Surely there's nothing to be lost by going with a full program from the word go? Anyone here believe in ramping?
