I am using Pueraria Mirifica, which is defo. working, but am curious as to whether i should be taking some form of progesterone as i read that it is essential for breast growth.

"Essential" is an interesting term. HAVING progesterone is essential... supplementing it may not be.

If you aren't experiencing any indications of a lack of it, don't supplement it.

I use progesterone cream to reduce the likelihood of experiencing estrogen dominance. If it helps with breast growth, so much the better for me.

I agree with AbiDrew. So long as you continue to have good growth and no estrogen dominance symptoms, I don't see it as being essential to add progesterone into your NBE program.

Out of curiosity, where did you find this information from? If progesterone cream was boosting my testosterone levels, I think that would have significantly inhibited my breast growth.

Where ever you got that from, it is total BS. Real progesterone and progestins BOTH DECREASE testosterone levels in both men and women. It is no respecter of genders or sexual organs.

It is unknown exactly how it does this, as progesterone is also a known precursor to the androgens...

It COULD be that it's talking about the "fake" progesterone creams which only contain diosgenin without being synthesized into progesterone, which it would also be false for, as it's been proven that diosgenin is discarded by the liver on first pass and the body is incapable of using it for anything.

Blimey! who can you trust now days?, I always go for experience so i thank you for your advice folks. my boobs are growing quickly just on P.M. and massage, i will be adding saw palmetto but i will take your advice and leave it at that for the moment.

I think calcium is important too, I believe it helps the PM.
