It's not really what's "better" it's about what's most convenient for you. And it also depends how you want to take it. Liquid extracts are much more versatile. You can mix it with food, with drink, use it topically, or just take it straight.

Liquid extracts also tend to be cheaper considering how much further they go. Especially if you buy liquid extract in bulk from a certain overseas distributor. (Not Ainterol, St. Herb.)
