I find comparing bodybuilding to NBE a bit odd. They're diametrically opposed goals on multiple levels, not to mention one is far more socially acceptable than the other for genetic males. If I went to a bookstore or somewhere, I'm sure I could find numerous magazines advising how I could bulk up by lifting weights and ingesting protein shakes. The same couldn't be said for NBE, at least not for genetic males.
The loss of testosterone for bodybuilders is an unintended consequence, whether NBE pursuers want to do this to promote breast growth. With the latter group, the decline of sex drive, sperm count, testicles, etc. is not necessarily a curse.

can the dose be adjusted so you can lower it just a little?
and when you stop taking the drug does testosterone recover
I imagine taking pm or any of similarly effective NBE herb would lower testosterone. It's reasonable to assume I think that if you're developing breast tissue, your testosterone levels must have declined. As to whether your testosterone levels go back up after discontinuing NBE herbs I think it really depends on numerous factors such as age, how long you've been taking NBE herbs, and what kind of condition your testicles are in. If you're deeply concerned about preserving your testosterone levels, I don't think pursuing NBE would be a wise choice for you.
