I used 3-4 morning and 3-4 pills at night. You will not get sudden results. I was very skeptical about bo. Took it while on break with pm. After I used all my bo I didn't see anything then I hit a huge growth spurt about a week and a half to two weeks later. Butt is first to grow then boobs follow soon. Thighs and hips take fat redistribution better too.
