Have been a silent follower of the forums for a while now and have had several periods of taking PM, now I have just finished first month back on PM after a 6 month break and stunned at the speed of re-growth. During the break much of the growth gained during the previous 4 month period of taking 1000mg every day had faded away. Besides the fullness this time I seem to be expanding across my chest more than gaining much projection with a band of around 20-25 mm fast starting to fill out underneath and between my existing breasts. Thought the increase in fullness was my imagination, but the tape measure confirms by showing a 1.5 inch gain on the month. Both excited and a little apprehensive at how fast I seem to be changing at the moment.

What's your goal with NBE?
I've reduced my PM to 1000 mg, but also take fenugreek, calcium, L-Arginne, and a few others.
I ask what your goal is because you didn't mention it, sorry if that's imposing

Hi L
Quite happy to discuss openly, my interest is in developing breast development further without any intention of trans. You say that you have cut down to 1000mg, interested in what from and the reason for reducing dose. Have been considering increasing dose but not sure what if any side effects this may produce.

Hi JustAllison,
The main reason for the reduction is that I'm close to my goal, in terms of breast growth. So keeping the dosage lower is for maintaining the benefits of PM. I still would like a few other things mind you, say 6 to 7 cm areolas, lol, currently 5 cm when fully expanded.
Side effects are common with PM but more often in higher doses, headaches, stomach cramps, leg pain (ankle pain, possible sign of DVT), hives, rashes, etc.
When the body adjusts to pm so does the increase in dosages.
