Hurricane, now that PM has had its way with you, you've become the 'Eye of the Hurricane'.
Seriously, I think it's a good idea to be clear on your objectives while doing NBE, and adjust your program accordingly. For example, my objectives are:
1. Quell compulsive masturbation and porn addiction.
2. Treat anxiety caused by gender identity expression deprivation
3. Feminize my body through breast development, reduced body hair, etc.
4. Maintain ability to achieve erections (with aid of stimulants as needed)
5. Preserve other benefits of PM, i.e., reduced joint stiffness/better flexibility
I've been experimenting with different PM dosage levels to find the lowest dosage which achieves these objectives. I've pretty much determined that 3 X 500mg of PM will do the trick for me at this time. At 1000 mg/day, my joints stiffen and my breast growth slows down. At 2000 mg and higher, it's rather hard to keep an erection going. I also take a one week break from PM each month to stimulate growth and temporarily restore T-levels (as evidenced by the return of REM sleep erections).
I've added Spearmint to my routine this week to gauge its effect. My thinking is that 800 mg/day Spearmint + 1000 mg/day PM will also work while costing less. Spearmint is an anti-androgen that blocks free testosterone production. My DHT level should also drop.
BTW, my wife wants to try PM starting after her next checkup. I hope she has better luck with it than yours did.
