Hi all,
I've been on PM for three weeks - ramped up from 1000mg to 2000 mg (4pills), and since starting my PM routine have had mild stomach discomfort, and gas throughout my digestive tract. I seem to already be experiencing some results on PM, thus would like to continue, however with the current digestive issues I will likely have to stop.
Has anyone else had similar problems, and if so did they go away by themselves over time, or did you have to add something in to your routine to make the digestive issues go away? I've tried taking PM with and without food, with and without calcium supps, and with and without milk. Also, If your digestive issues did not go away, did you try any alternative routines for breast growth? I am thinking estrofem or BO.
I appreciate ya'alls thoughts and replys. Thanks much,
Paul

Hi, Paul. Sorry to hear of your problem with PM. It is a negative side effect that others have reported. You didn't mention having tried backing off the PM dosage and ramping up more slowly. I'd try that. Your digestive system needs more time to adjust to the PM. Hopefully, it's not an allergic reaction which you won't be able to do anything about. I assume you are aware that Estofem is a prescription estrogen drug that you should only take under the supervision of a doctor. Good luck, dear.

Hello Paul,
I have two suggestions. The first is to spread out your pm intake throughout the day if you're not doing this already. For instance, you could take one capsule when you wake up, one at noon, one in the evening and one when you go to bed. This may help ease your digestive problems.
My second suggestion is to add an NBE herb like blessed thistle. I just recently added this herb to my regime, so I'm unsure of how it's going to work out for me. However, in addition to increasing prolactin levels, it also is suppose to help with reducing indigestion.
Lastly, do you happen to smoke or drink alcohol? If so, you may want to limit these activities as they can contribute to digestive problems.

Hi Clara, Flamesabers, thanks for your replies. I have been taking the PM (Ainterol brand) four times a day spaced 5-6 hours apart. I also tried twice a day spaced about 12 hours apart and both resulted in similar problems. I did ramp up rather quickly, and am thinking that before I give up on PM that I will take a short break and ramp up more slowly. Hopefully, as Clara mentioned, I am not allergic to PM as I have already had small but noticeable results and would like to continue with PM.
Today is day one of the break. I will break for three days then try again. Also, per Flamesabers recommendation, I will try mixing in blessed thistle if the problems reoccur.
I did see that Estrofem was prescription (however I also see that it is available without one on the web), and I am concerned that many of the other estrogenic herbs are just too weak to work well. That's why I was considering Estrofem. Also I've read that BO can cause permanent changes to the Endocrine system, so although I am considering it, I find it hard to move forward. I do not want to totally give up my male self.
Thanks again for your responses, and making me feel welcome. One last thought, if PM is a member of the garlic family then that could be my problem. I cannot digest garlic, I lack the proper enzymes, and garlic gives me similar problems just much worse in intensity.

Wouldn't Paul be able to bypass the digestive system by using drops in the tincture form of the PM?

I'm not sure. But I do know other members sometimes have had more luck with other forms of pm when the capsule form didn't work out for them.

Maybe try it in a skin creme? That would not hit the digestive system. Hits the bloodstream, like tincture sublingually.

I had similar issues when I first started with PM but eventually I guess I just adjusted to it because later in I was at 3000-5000 mg daily without issue at all....
At three weeks you should be really close to starting to feel breast growth begin
Good Luck
