I have a question, if anybody could answer, I have looked in the forum and internet and could not find anything to say how long PM remains in the body after stopping

i.e. how long does it take for your E levels to drop back down to normal levels?

Probably depends how long you've been taking it I suppose

I've read here on the forum that it takes 30 days for the effects of PM to completely stop. That seems to be what I experienced on my 30-day PM break. Near the end of the break, I had no soreness in my breasts at all. My nipples and breasts became soft. There was no sign of those hard breast buds that I always have while taking PM.

Now back on PM, my boobs are in full growth mode again.

I did see some reduction in the size of my boobs once the soreness left me. I think there is some swelling associated with the soreness when I'm taking PM, so naturally that swelling will disappear as the soreness fades. The real breast tissue doesn't go away, however, but it does become much softer. My breasts felt more natural than when I'm on PM and my buds form.

30 days is what I read somewhere and its probably pretty close.
I made it a full month after over 20 months of being on PM, my breasts did not change much maybe a little less firm. I did experience a growth spurt when I first started back up again and that unsightly bump in my dress finally went away.

thanks for your wonderful replies. This might seem like a silly question. Could you PM one month on and then one month off, thus reducing the amount that you have to take, as well as forcing growth spurts each month

I would say it depends what stage of the process you are at.
It took 6 weeks before I started to bud a small pea that grew into a acorn.
So in the beginning stages I would say it would probably hinder growth rather than help it.
On the other hand looking back, the first stages were for me were the best part of the journey. If I had it to do over I would try to prolong it in the acorn stage as long as I could at the sacrifice of growth.
Buts that's just me.
