Hi, I am the milchmann from Germany, I´m a biological male with breasts, and I got my first hormones from UK, transformation. I`m interested in induced lactation, I wonna have milk and I do all I can to get milk. Does anybody know, how to increase the speed of breast enhancement?

Hi Milchmann, I too offer a warm welcome and was intrigued with your post, the experts here (I'm certainly not one of them) will, I am sure, guide you in the right direction.
I was surprised that you managed to secure hormones here in the UK, did you register yourself as TG ? If not please let me know what process you took. How much breast tissue must be built before lactation is possible? I appreciate that may be a question to be answered by someone else. I must read the thread that Clara has supplied.
I must add that I do not have any great desire to go this route but just curious. I am doing all in my power to grow my breasts to a size that cannot easily be hidden

hi, until now it was no danger to have breasts, it was and is a great feeling. But now they become firmer and fuller, and I must have a plan to cover them, you see, your problem is the same as mine. I don´t mean to produce a lot of milk for a long time, but I want to know the feeling- as you. What are you doing for breast enhancement? May be, you know a faster way with better results.

I started out just using SawPalmetto due to prostate issues. After a year I started to get "Girly Nubs" and was diagnosed with Gynecomastia about 2 summer's ago. Since then, I have used SP, Red Clover, Fenugreek and Wild Yam. I just recently started to experiment with PM.

I now wear a solid 40 B in a lot of different brands of bras.
