Given we are all increasing our fat intake while on nbe.
Much appreciated.

I like these suggestions,

The gallbladder sufferer should drink several tablespoons of the mixture with several tablespoons of olive oil every fifteen minutes until the citrus mixture has been consumed. Warming the liver area with a hot water bottle or sitting in a hot bath may stimulate the bile ducts to dilate, making the stones easier to pass.

Herbal Treatments
Chinese medicines used for the natural treatment of gallstones include rhubarb and mirabilitum to promote the expulsion of stones. These treatments relax the sphincter, encourage digestion and increase the flow of bile, all of which should help gallstones pass out of the body. Other Chinese herbal treatments focus on shrinking the gallstones in order to make them easier to pass in a natural manner. Chinese herbal treatments may take a single day to several months to work.

Gall bladder problems start when calcium, cholesterol and bile salts build up inside the organ, causing inflammation and swelling. It is also accompanied by pain, which is very discomforting. There are also cases where bacterial infection is involved.

Among the foods that you should avoid in a diet for gallbladder issues are:

foods full of saturated fat – like bacon, sausages, pork, ribs and salami
dairy products – which include milk and cheese

Heres my list of keeping my body clean of toxins
1. HYDRATION! drink when your thirsty plus a little more. Dont fall for the "you need to drink X amount". Add some lime juice and ACV to help gut and digestion, and maybe add a bit of real salt, NOT TABLESALT. (1 tablespoon, give or take with 1 cup water)
2. MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane). Its a natural Sulfur compound found in plants and animals. Sulfur is no only very important for skin and joint health, playing a major in collagen. But found in every single cell in the body. But its also incredibly important for clearing toxins out of the body. Which leads me to my next bit
3. Cruciferous vegetables! Containing incredible compunds like sulforaphane and glucosinolates that clear harmful toxins from the body. One product I use often is broccoli sprout powder. One side dish I make is real sauerkraut, naturally fermented, mixed with broccoli sprout powder and mustard seed powder. Why mustard seed powder? It helps with the bioavailability of the compunds in cruciferous vegetables, just make sure that the mustard has a bite to it, otherwise its bad. I usually pair that dish with eggs and a meat.
4. Herbs, Herbs, Herbs. Consume herbs, garlic, rosemary, cinnamon, turmeric, pepper corns, chili powder, cilantro, ect. All rich in polyphenols to keep the body clean and healthy.
5. If youre buying food thats been contaminated with harmful sprays and pesticides, washing them in a mixture of baking soda and water for 10-15 clears away most of the pesticides.

Would love to hear your opinions and what else i should do

Very important list contained here ....

We've totally replaced common table salt from our pantry with Redmond Real Mineral Salt & Celtic Sea Salt. Morton table salt is bleached. They remove all minerals from the final product and then add sugar!

For an added boost of collagen, we've switched to cooking whole chickens and then boiling the carcass afterwards for a healthy collagen ladened soup stock.

Crucifers are highly important to our diet and cleaning the liver. Even if you don't drink, our modern diet is full of garbage ingredients that clog our livers. Crucifers will help to clean a fatty liver. One thing to remember is that basically bitter foods in general helps to clean your liver. A clean liver will help to turbo charge your NBE/HRT program.

We have a large selection of fresh grown herbs here at the house, but I also basically add turmeric, cayenne & "real" Ceylon cinnamon to my diet every day on my breakfast eggs. Turmeric has a very mild and bland flavor and Ceylon cinnamon is very mild, too. Almost shockingly so. I couldn't get over how bland Ceylon cinnamon is when compared to its more popular Chinese cousin. (Which doesn't have the full nutritional spectrum that Ceylon cinnamon does).

One neat thing about Ceylon cinnamon is that it totally masks the heat of Cayenne. So you can still get the nutritional properties of Turmeric, Cayenne & Ceylon Cinnamon and not have their prominent flavors. I can barely taste them on my eggs. I do this every morning.

When washing fresh vegetables in the sink, we soak ours for a short period with white vinegar and lime juice. We grow a lot of our own vegetables here and the lime & vinegar bath is part of our preservation process.

Lastly, you can find greater detail on all these subjects and tips by following Dr. Berg on YouTube. The guy is awesome and he literally changed my life for the better. (Lotus turned me onto Dr Berg, and I'm forever indebted to Lotus!)
