...I'm wondering if I should see a doctor before I start taking them (got three bottles of Ainteeol capsules) to be safe or start out with 1000mg a day for a few weeks to make sure I get used to them before I ramp up further and go from there.

My current plan is use the supply I currently have and then try out the Purafem system (with the serum and cream) while adding an AA during that phase. With a proper diet + massage I hope to achieve at least a B cup before moving over to synthetic hormones to start my actual transition (I have my eyes on a front-closure minimizer bra that looks pretty). I've heard that most mtf don't get larger boobs so I thought of starting the growth myself before committing to a more solid hrt path.
