I don't know why i have lots of pain in my stomach since 3 day.. i have stop taking SP since 3 day too.
it's like a knife...

I take 1500mg PM /day.. i think take a break 1 week.

someone have feel same pain during your program ?

If you did not have any pain before the herbs, then, if you stop them should relieve your pain.

i will try..

It's just strange i don't have any pain during 1 month with 2000mg/PM and 1000 SP..

maybe to much PM if i stop taking SP , i have read SP reduce estrogen level..

If the pain doesn't stop with those mess ask your doctor if that could be a possibility.
