It sounds like you may have deeper health issues leaving yourself pretty fragile, and the herbs merely tipped you over the edge. IMO look for good nutrition to help yourself and avoid anything herbal, even herbs for testosterone. D-aspartic acid is nutritional so it's fine. The most obvious nutrient is zinc or better yet a mix of shellfish. But what's best overall, in addition to shellfish, is lots of whole grains, strongly colored veggies, fresh fruit, eggs with the yolk, dairy and UV sunshine. Also be sure to include lots of brown rice and/or yellow curry, plus a little sunflower seeds or almonds. That should cover most nutrients. Or I have a health food mix in the program in my sig, and then you would ignore the rest of the program. The difference for males would be to use more oysters or a mix of shellfish including oysters.
