Oh boy, I had to visit a specialists Dr today as my iron and hemoglobin levels are low. To be prepared I took a list of my suppliments in with me, figuring I should just in case they are the cause. After showing the list he asks " are you TRYING to be transgender. " WTF..... I told him no one tries to be transgender, very few actually want to be transgender, we just are. These supplements keep my head clear etc .
In the end, he tells me low testosterone levels can cause low iron in males. So I need to take a multivitamin. .

Omg! "Trying?" ....just goes to show you how ignorant the world is. You would think Dr's, whether they be specialists in transgender therapyor not, would at least be sensitive to your needs. And at least phrase it in a non obtrusive manner.
