Bad money choice, you buy the stuff in 500gm jars and take it tablespoon at a time!

Seriously, dont pay for capsules and packaging when you can get Kilos of the stuff for a rraction of the price.

I buy 2 Kg at atime just to cook with for every day food, and yes it will be good addition to your lifestyle

I have purchased coconut oil from Wal Mart & another grocery store. Never really cared for them. Swansons however is great. There is a 1 lb & 3+lb I think. Better buy than the local stores & I actually want to use it. So if you may be buying any other supplements, check the link.

I take one tablespoon a day in the morning, some mix it with their coffee too, eitherway is good.
And if i use oil in any cooking its always coconut oil, the premium stuff doesnt even smell like coconuts so its good for anything really, inlc body moisturiser/lubricant hair conditioner etc...

Just buy yourself a big ol' tub of the stuff and use accordingly
