More of a general post looking back a few days and going dam that was stupid! I hurt my ankle and the doctor put me on a mega dose steroid for a week and I decided to stop PM and progesterone during the week so it wouldn't interfere.... Bad mistake hormones on a rollercoaster hot flashes moody,crying for no reason lots of fun I should have stayed on PM to lessen the swing! Oww
