Hello everyone, so today I was ordering from swansons. I stumbled across this intimate performance herb for women. After reading the ingredients I convinced myself this would help my program. Well, I doubt it will do any harm. But Nothing in that amount isn't exactly going to help either.

Thanks Jannet, It says to take up to three daily. I noticed it has several herbs that I have been noticing mentioned in other posts. I was looking initially for green tea capsules, and this popped up. Might just stick with the green tea caps.
