There`s some really good advice here, and I think I`ll try and train myself to think along these lines from now on, with the possible exception of Bobbi`s (OMG that was sooooo funny! ) 

I`v realised too that I don`t ever go anywhere on my own anymore anyway, I`m always in 2s or more, so I seem to have adopted the GG mindset without even knowing it. and my Wife (a 2`nd dan blackbelt) always has my back in Every circumstance in life anyway, she`s So strong in more ways than one, and someone I really look up to and admire, so I know she would look after me too if need be.
