Many of us here while growing mention alert nipples most of the time

My question is at what stage do they stop being alert all the time

Cis girls only have headlights now and again, mine are headlights for days without dipping

So do they calm as we develop ?

It is hard to say for me.  My nipple rings keep mine at attention all the time.

Mine only seem to get like that if I play with them.

As long as I'm taking the PM, my nips are hard. When I took a month and a half off, the hardness died down after
about a month.

I have noticed since switching to HRT they act a bit more normally. They're not at attention as much unless it's cold or I'm messing with them.

My nipples are constantly "on alert".

Either I am being sucked out hard by my electric breast pumps (as of now, thank god for Johnson's baby oil!), or I am going out wearing supple nips under my bra, or I am so sore from pumping that I am wearing soft nipple shields in my bra cups to prevent myself being chafed and pushed back in.
