Yea lots of lower body exercises squats, lunges, donkey kicks and I am sure you can find others also eating lots of fatty foods and starches.

Big guy butt or big girl butt?  Because the hormones will shape the fat for the most part.  The muscles are the framework.

Just for the name alone I'm highly skeptical, but they do have very high scoring reviews. Even if they do work, I'm guessing they only work for cis females. I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on this. I was curious about them and I guess this is the best place to ask.

How much Maca do you use?  I use 2 tablespoons of the gelatinized maca every day.  I just realized that the sides of my butt, just below the hip-bones, is the only place where I have fat.  I wonder if that is why.

This might be outside your scope, but there's a surgical procedure called "Brazilian butt lift". They lipo your fat from stomach/back/thighs and inject into your butt. I think it's more or less permanent. Some people have died from the procedure, but that's a risk with just about any surgery.

Personally, I'd probably choose hip augmentation over BBL (although both would be great if I could afford it). I'm 6' and 50 lbs overweight and I can fit into a size medium maternity pants because it goes sole by hip size and I have none it seems.
