I've started with size 1 and am nearing full filling.  I can wear these 8 hours plus with no discomfort after about 2 weeks.
I would like to get longer projection of the nipple and need advice.  I don't feel like I need more width.
Should I go for the size 1L or Size 2?

Well, I'm like you in that I've only used size 1 so far, but I would think the 1L would be the size to try for what you want. Personally, I'd love to have more width and plan to move up to size 2 next. Thus far mine are just perky volcano-shaped little guys. I'd be happy with nips about like Jen Aniston's, which seem to be about 1/2" diameter by 1/2" protrusion. To each their own, of course, but I'm thinking long dangly nipples would be in the way most of the time.
