A german website reports good results with pm and the using of stinging nettle. Every 2 day they "sting" the breast with the nettle and it seems
this is a real breast growth buster.

Stinging nettle is sometimes recommended on muscle building/testosterone boosting sites for those who take TESTOFEN (a specific fenugreek extract) as a way to help avoid gynecomastia while using that or similar testosterone boosters. So if it actually works (or even helps) for that purpose, it might actually inhibit breast growth for those seeking enlargement.
