I have totally lost my libido. My niples used to get excited and I wud play with them and have orgasms. Suddenly all that has gone away. If I stop PM will my libido come back again ? I really miss that feeling of sexual excitement. Pls suggest I don’t want to become asexual (((

From what folks have posted on this forum, individual results vary.  Alas that is mostly regarding boob growth.  Impact on genitals seems fairly consistent if you take PM for an extended period.  All you can do is back off from PM and see what happens.  The advice most of us give is, educate yourself about potential results before you get very fair into the process.  Some results are irreversible.

Lower libido is very common while on PM or, antiandrogens, or estrogenic substances.
Take a break until you regain erections and sex drive, then start at a lower dosage.
After stopping and starting a few times you'll find a balance where your sex drive is intact even while taking PM. Obviously, it's easier with low doses of PM (like 1000mg/day) than higher dosages.

exactly  the  same  happens  to  me  my  nipples  are  normaly  orgasmic  but  when  on  PM  for  moor  than  a  cople  of  days  my  nipples  get  none  responsive   but  it  always  comes  back  after  stopping  PM  . if  you  whant  to  grow  boobs  you  need  to  just  put  up  with  no  nipple  sensertivity  for  as  long  as  you  can  breast  groth seems  to  stay  for  me  anyway  . sensertivity  does  come  back
