So I have been taken 1000mg PM daily for 38 days, about a week ago my nipple starts to feel sore and become more sensitive. But recently I feel like it’s kinda firm or hard behind my areola, I am not sure if that means I am budding after just a month or does normal male have firm tissue behind areola as well. Also I think my libido is dropping, is that normal when you are taking PM?

yes its starting phase of budding. Your breast tissue are forming now. you may feel nipple little erect and itchy. And when your shirt touch your chest little bit of breast feeling happens. Yes libido will drop for sure. Its normal. When you stop taking pm your libido will come back but what you have gain will not go.

Thanks for the reply! Is it normal for budding to start so quickly? I thought it’s suppose to take months, maybe I am just lucky

Mileage varies per person. When I first start with PM, it took me about 60 days.
Aria
I got these lumps about 6 weeks after starting and within these 6 weeks there was one week where I paused because I was visiting relatives. I'm taking 500mg in the morning and 500mg in the evening. There was some experimenting with red clover tea in the past, but it was probably too little to have any effect. I guess my body never produced that much testosterone.
My skin and nipples have not (yet) become more sensitive. The first few days after these lumps appeared it felt like my nipples were constantly erect. I guess there was only one day where I noticed that they feel a bit itchy. To me it feels like the lumps themselves hurt when I press on them. It is a stingy pain like when pressing on a bruise.
What is the advantage of the budding? I have been using FG for about a year and almost no change in breast size or shape. The FG has made my nipples erect and sensitive (nice nipple play) most of the time and only recently, in the last month, has there been a slight thickening of the tissue immediately under the nipple. Very small amount of tissue? When the nipple become soft after a hot shower there appears to be less firmness. Another know whether this constitutes budding?

Read up on breast development and look at a bunch of photos and you'll see that budding constitutes the beginning of the growth of the glandular material that composes a proper female breast. Fat accumulation is part of what makes breast round and bouncy (a big part) but they're not really breasts without the fully developed glands - ducts and lobules and stuff. They're the part that feel sore when you bump into something and (my belief is that) they are what make women's breast change size from one day to the next. Fat takes time to build up and burn off but gland size can change in minutes.
