I have just come off of 6 months on estradiol (2 mg/day) and have returned to fenugreek, using 1240 mg, 3 times a day.

I was thinking of adding 1 mg of estradiol back in daily along with the fenugreek.

Has anyone used estradiol with fenugreek and if so does it help for breast growth or do the two just cancel each other out?

Lotus said that FG is a competing source of phyto/estrogen, so I stopped using FG. Why not message her or post a note to the Project-X thread and see what she says. Maybe alternate it’s use? I’m on 8mg and I love the stuff.
