Well good but don't over do it. Your arms look quite feminine and trying to increase other areas I sense is needed will require biceps strain which may increase muscle mass there.
It's a bit tricky toning or enhancing areas without effecting others.
I know this, my bum is hideously ugly from training my waist and trying to pinch it in for the hourglass figure so things are more than just a bit tricky
But got to expand that chest a little bit I think from what I see on the picture.
Although. ...not an expert in anatomy so can ignore that too and just see how it goes. Is probably what I would do
