Hi, I'm pretty bad with swallowing capsules. Are the capsules supposed to disintegrate in the stomach or in the gut?

I have tasted the powder of one capsule and I have to admit that it doesn't taste bad at all. It even tasted slightly sweet. Is this normal or is it a sign that I bought capsules with colored milk powder?

My PM pills are a pale yellow. I think opening them is fine.
