Just a quick one regarding my planned routine.
Are the dosages fine or should I increase/ decrease some for better results as got the foundations in my supplements but the doesage confuses me and there's very little information on them from my limited research both on here and using Google ( which tends to favour genetic females when giving doesage requirements)
Morning
- 1 Fenugreek Capsule 600mg
- 1 Red Rishi Capsule 525mg
- 1 calcium + other minerals Supplement
- 1 Maca Supplement 5000mg
- 1 Dandelion Root 525mg( added this for liver health)
- 1 Soya Isoflavones 3000mg
Night
- 1 Fenugreek Capsule 600mg
- 1 Red Rishi Capsule 525mg
- 1 calcium + other minerals Supplement
- 1 Dandelion Root 525mg( added this for liver health)
- 1 Soya Isoflavones 3000mg
- 1 MSM Supplement 1200mg
Potentially looking to add l-argitine( for growth hormone boost) and some red clover for a pythoeostrogen boost ( in place of PM) as well so any recommendations on that will be greatly appreciated.
