I’m beginning this new thread to track my NBE Journey, herbs, dosage, progress, growth ??

(After 7 week ramp- week 1-3 RR & WP. week 4-6 add 1x500mg PM, week 7 same as week 1-3, no PM.

Beginning regimen:

AM-

   RR-500mg

   WP-500mg

    30 mins later

   PM-1000mg

Mid AM - 1 cup Spearmint tea

Mid PM - 1 cup Spearmint tea

PM Bedtime-

   WP-500mg

morning and evening massage.

Exercise 3 days - :45 - 1:00 tempo run / 1 day intervals - 1 day body weight exercises and yoga


Goal: Aggressively target T and DHT. Slowly ramp PM.

Maintain for 4 weeks then evaluate with 1 week off PM. Test hormone levels during week off.

Wash, rinse repeat with 500mg per day PM increase.

Two starting pix to provide a baseline. You may be able to see some of the remaining effects of my previous program. The upper pecs are dominant, and I’m hoping things will even out when growth resumes.

Hi again Lotus, yes, the buds have persevered over about 18 or so months, so there is some permanence, although there is significant softening of the “disks,” and aereola shrinkage, although the nipples are still standing vigilantly at attention ?

Being an ectomorph, 6’3” X 155# and distance runner I don’t expect great gains,  just look at CIS female runners… but any additional will be a gift. I’m wondering if I’ll experience any “rebudding?!”

Making an adjustment to initial program:

PM 100 mg 3x

Hops 10 mg 2x

Continuing RR, WP and Spearmint TEA.

Having some of the old familiar “stirring” and a bit of fullness, which is encouraging. Also both breasts seem warmer to touch. ??‍♂️

Adding a bit next week when Amazon delivers:
MSM
Green Tea Extract 
Bio identical estriol/estradiol cream

I’m waiting a month or so before adding PG which seeems to be common wisdom of threads I’ve reviewed.
