Heya,

I’ve started my program somewhat 3 weeks ago with Fenugreek only, but had to stop for a week. Added Red Reishi and Red Clover to the mix when started again. I’ve been feeling the tingling on my breasts (yay!), but i’m worried about my programs quality.

I’m currently on:

1 x FG 620 morning and evening

1 x Red Reishi 500mg morning and evening

1 x Red Clover 1200mg morning and evening

Now my questions are:

- is this good dosage considering health/growth?

- should i incease the dosages, if so when and up to what level?

- should i cycle?

- how much estrogen i might be producing with my current program? Is there like conversion tool available? ?

- i want to keep me erections working, is there a dosage is shouldnt be crossing?

I’ve gone trough alot of posts here, but havent found straight answers so i’m putting my hope on this thead. Thank you in advance ❤️

I have just started and have similar questions.  Currently I am a natural 40f and want to grow a couple more cup sizes and enlarge my nipples and aeriolas. I am taking red clover fg dim and a few other recommended herbs at regular doses, and progesterone cream on my breasts twice a day above the recommended dose. Need some guidance.

Fenugreek, red clover, soy, red yeast rice, green tea, wild yam, flax seed, licorice, and dancing around burned chicken bones :-) did nothing for me but waste a lot of time, effort and money.

Maybe these work for some but definitely not me, where a known good PM and reishi did in very short order. Whatever you do, don't wait two years for results like I did.
