I read on a fitness website that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise.
I agree with Elly.
Exercise can be done outdoors with no cost. Sensible diet, eating negative calories foods, yes they exist and exercise will counter any effects that hormone therapy may have on the body.
Running is boring but will do the job, crunches too but go for stamina workout to lose weight only, muscle gain isn't desirable. However diet can become an obsession and difficult to control when you see results.
