Hi everyone. I'll try to keep it short. Started on Natureday liquid. Then switched to Ainterol cream and reishi caps. Cream looks to be discontinued on Amazon. Found on BN that red clover is a source of E. But also read that it is an AA?  Tried PM caps once. But after a week had pain in my left shin and got scared. Will RR and RC work?
