I ran out of PM capsules, no change.
Used some PM cream, no change.
Waiting for delivery of some Purafem PM cream and will then cycle the cream with fenugreek tablets.
Thinking I should get some WY cream after I do some more reasearch. I dont think I want growth, just really sensitive nipples.

Hello! Curious if you had any more thoughts on the purafem cream? If you continued using it or found something better? Just ordered some myself and curious how much you would use and how you would apply it.

I nearly bought today. Too expensive. Bought the PM UK 5 tubs for price of 4.
Next time will buy purafem cream.
Still using a 500ml tub from ebay - some unmarked gray tub full of cream.
I put too much cream on. Too impatient, maybe no growth yet. If I was rich and had 500 of their cream tubes I would use a whole tube every day.
Averaged a couple of pea sized blobs on each breast.

I purchased a single bottle just to see if I noticed anything. I guess i will just go by how long it lasts and if i notice any results. I started with a pea size amount on each breast. I was afraid of using too much lol i understand how you feel though i want to put it everywhere

Yeah!
I get some sexy images of breasts and I put loads of PM cream and rub it as I fantasise about being in the pictures.
Too much PM cream for sure.

I would say 1500 pm is enough. If your breast cream contains pm in it as well then In my opinion you're taking way too much. If your breast cream does not contain pm, and it's something else like progesterone then I'd say your fine. But if you did not slowly build up your pm you could cause some health issues.

It's good that you raise awareness of too much PM.
I've gone on weeks of 3000mg of PM, but I wonder if they are not pure.
Been on PM for something like 2 years and maybe starting to feel budding on left nipple, and fat deposits.
It feels like the 1500mg PM advice would be for the ultra-pure Ainterol type capsules, but with the ones on Ebay it feels like maybe need more?
